Give Your Daughter The Gift of Total Confidence

The Girls Who Fight Program® equips girls age 7-13 with the physical, mental and verbal self defense skills that will protect and empower her for life. But Girls Who Fight is so much more than a martial arts program. Not only will your daughter learn how to defend herself, she'll gain the knowledge to never become a target, the positive habits that foster health and happiness, and the strength of character to live a confident, successful life.

We Give Girls The Skills To Defend Themselves And The Knowledge To Never Become A Target

The Girls Who Fight Program® focuses on the physical, emotional and mental well being of young girls as well as an education in practical self defense. Firstly, we provide girls with the most powerful defensive skills so they will be prepared to confidently stand up against bullies and defend themselves from harm.

We Help Girls Build The Strength of Character And Positive Habits That Enable Confidence, Health And Success

In addition, our Character Development Training helps our students develop the characteristics and habits they will need to live a happy, healthy and successful life such as self-discipline, positive attitude, confidence, courage, patience, focus, respect, and teamwork.

We Help Girls Build The Confidence To Thrive In Life

The Girls Who Fight Program focuses a great deal of attention to the development of confidence.  A good self-image is the basis of a well functioning, happy and successful young lady. Our students learn how to "stand, walk, talk, think and act like a Champion." Our curriculum integrates physical education and self defense techniques with lessons, challenges and games aimed at empowering your child's personal development, self esteem, healthy habits, and strength of character.

We Don't Teach Girls To Fight–
But To Be So Aware, Strong And Confident
That They Never Have To

The Girls Who Fight Program® is an education in self defense and personal development for young girls. Our self defense curriculum integrates Kickboxing and Jiu Jitsu based self-defense techniques with physical conditioning and skill oriented games to improve your child’s coordination, motor skills, agility and flexibility. Through technical and physical self defense education, our girls develop the fitness, strength and skills to defend themselves against bullies and physical harm.

In addition, The Girls Who Fight Program® gives girls an empowering education in Street-Smarts, Risk Awareness, Boundary-Setting, and Bully Prevention so that our students possess priceless lifetime knowledge to avoid violence– and ideally, prevent being targeted to begin with.

We know that most violence comes from people you know, not strangers. And, that a child's friend group is the greatest source of peer-pressure that can lead to negative life outcomes. The Girls Who Fight Program® focuses a great deal of attention to ensuring that our students have the verbal boundary setting skills to defend peer-pressure, and defend themselves against bullies before harassment gets serious.

We work hard to ensure that our young girls stay away from the negative attitudes and habits that are so common with many teenagers, and apply their newfound attitude, habits, and respect outside of the academy at school, at home, and in their communities.

As our young girls become young women, we know that the men they allow into their lives is one of the most critical decisions which influence their lifetime safety and wellbeing. One of the core objectives of the The Girls Who Fight Program® is to develop sharp young women with such a strong foundation of self-worth and self-respect, as well as the education to recognize pressure, manipulation, and danger, that they have the tools to identify safe, healthy relationships that foster health, happiness and success.

Training Pillars

Every Parent Wants Their Daughter To Be Safe, So Why Are So Few Girls In Martial Arts?

Because 99% of martial arts programs are designed for adult men, most girls are too intimidated, de-prioritized, and self-conscious to enjoy training. But the people who need the confidence and security of self defense training the most are young women.

Until Girls Who Fight, there were no thorough martial arts programs that are 100% dedicated to the self defense education and personal development of young girls.
