What Is Kickboxing?
Kickboxing is a striking sport that includes boxing, kicking, and clinching techniques. Students learn how to fight on their feet in fun workouts that include pad sessions, defense drills, and clinch practice. Girls also learn how to defend standing attacks like strikes, wrist grabs, hair pulls, and chokes.
