What is MMA?
Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) is a combination of grappling and striking. Girls learn skills in kickboxing, Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, and wrestling. Self Defense lessons include techniques from Mixed Martial Arts to defend specific attack scenarios. MMA classes are always a fun mix of different martial arts that develop well-rounded fighters.
